This is an accessibility statement from MHA Insights.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. MHA Insights is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

This policy describes how MHA Info inc. ("MHA Insights", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the www.mhainsights.com website.
It does not cover processing activities carried out outside the website, in particular those arising from a contractual relationship. Such activities are covered by separate notices in the applicable documents.
This policy is drafted in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1), as amended by Law 25. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who is responsible for the website
MHA Info inc., a Quebec corporation (business number 1180366255), headquartered at 4537 avenue de l'Esplanade, Montreal, Quebec H2T 2Y6, is responsible for the processing of personal information collected on the website.

2. What the website collects
The website collects personal information in four specific situations, each at your initiative.

Contact form: first name, last name, email address, company (optional), content of your message.

Download of a resource (whitepaper, guide, case study): first name, last name, email address, company (optional).

Newsletter subscription: first name, last name, email address.

Member area account: first name, last name, email address, account identifier.
The website may also collect technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited, session duration) when you accept audience measurement cookies. See section 4.
We do not collect sensitive information (social insurance number, banking data, health data, origin, opinions, or protected characteristics).
3. Why we collect this information

Send you our newsletter while you are subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time. As soon as you do, messages stop and your information is removed from the list.

4. Cookies and audience measurement
The website uses an audience measurement tool that places cookies on your device only if you consent through the banner displayed during your first visit.
You can change your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time through the link provided at the bottom of each page. Strictly necessary cookies, required for the site to function, may be placed without consent. They are not used to identify or track you.
5. Who processes this information
Information collected on the website is processed by Marie Horodecki-Aymes. It is not sold to third parties and is not shared for commercial purposes.
To ensure the operation of the website, we rely on external providers acting as processors:

hosting of the website, forms, newsletter, and member area;

website audience measurement;

contact management in a CRM tool, after being sent from the website;

email system that receives form submissions.
Each provider is contractually required to offer an adequate level of protection, compliant with applicable Quebec legislation.
6. Transfers outside Quebec
Some providers are established outside Quebec, primarily in the United States and within the European Union. Before any transfer, we conduct a privacy impact assessment in accordance with section 17 of the Act. This assessment takes into account the sensitivity of the information, the purpose of the transfer, the protection measures offered by the provider, and the legal framework of the destination country.
7. Retention period

Messages received through the contact form: 3 years from the last exchange, with annual cleanup on December 31.

Resource downloads: 3 years from the download, with annual cleanup on December 31.

Newsletter subscribers: as long as you are subscribed. As soon as you unsubscribe, you are removed from the list.

Member area accounts: as long as the account is active. Deletion upon request.

Audience measurement data: according to the duration defined by the tool used, available in the cookie preferences.
At the end of these periods, information is destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Security measures
We implement reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include strong authentication on our tools, encryption of exchanges and storage provided by our service providers, automatic workstation locking, regular backups, and systems updates.
9. Your rights
Under the Act, you have the following rights regarding information that concerns you:

Right of access: obtain confirmation that we hold your information and review its content.

Right of rectification: request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information.

Right to withdraw consent: withdraw the consent you have given at any time.

Right to portability: obtain your computerized information in a structured and commonly used format, or request its transmission to a third party.

Right to cease dissemination, de-indexing, and re-indexing: under the conditions provided by the Act.

10. Complaint
If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint by email at marie.horodecki.aymes@mhainsights.com or by mail at 4537 avenue de l'Esplanade, Montreal, Quebec H2T 2Y6. We will acknowledge receipt within ten (10) business days and provide a reasoned response within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you may contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI), the independent supervisory authority responsible for enforcing the Act.

11. Privacy incidents
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the individuals concerned without delay, in accordance with the Act.
